Sadly this was the last club match at Gedney North View Fishery for Deeping as they are no longer taking match bookings.
Numbers were down due to the poor weather forecast but the brave souls who ventured out had some good catches.
With only a couple of fish difference between the top three anglers it was Ray Torrington who clinch the trophy from peg 5. Fishing two plus two and in the margins with catmeat he took quality carp to finish with 91lb 3oz.
In second place from peg 1 was Kevin Crompton who fished the margins with pellet to weigh 87lb 9oz.
In third place from peg 9 was Andy Wilson who fished the margins with pellet and meat to finish with 84lb 10oz.
