Rookery Waters at Pidley and the venues Jay Lake for today’s match. Making it 2 wins out of 2 Dave Preston made the most of the end peg and finished in first place with an impressive 76 lbs from peg 15. Dave fished to his left targeting the platform of peg 16. Fishing Sweetcorn over micros on the pole for the whole match.
Second place went to Pete Wray on peg number 14. Pete finished with 67 lbs 1 oz using multiple methods including maggot close in and 4mm hard pellets over pellets and expanders on the pole to the far bank.
Third place to Ray Morland who finished with 57 lbs 15 oz from corner peg number 11. Ray fished to the far bank at 14.5m using hard pellets fed over small amounts of hard pellets.
