Cold enough this morning for a few of us to pop back in the house and get an extra layer. But later on a fresh north easterly breeze kept the temperature around twenty one degrees with bright blue skies. Seventeen Anglers were at Float Fish Farm on the Wagtail Pool.
The Club Cup was up for grabs today and Ray Torrington would be after defending his position as the current holder. Also, where possible second round matches of the Individual Knockout Cup would be completed.

In first place and new name on the Club Cup was Nathan Grech. Nathan finished with 93lb 10oz from Peg number 8. Fishing on the Bomb and Pellet and occasionally switching to the Pellet Waggler at 20-25m.
Second place was Paul Wild with 75lb 9oz from peg number 10. Paul fished Bomb and Pellet, Pellet Waggler and a pole.
Third place was Paul Barron from corner peg number 12. Paul fished orange Wafter on the Hybrid Feeder and sweetcorn down the edge on the pole.
