The River Nene at Stibbington offers anglers 24 pegs along a deep and wide free flowing section of the river. Members have access to the padlocked gate and can park behind or very close to 20 pegs that have well maintained grass banks. 4 further pegs can be found outside of the gates for a shorter walk for day ticket anglers.
Approximately 1 mile beyond Wansford on the A1 Southbound, take the slip road sign posted Nene Valley Steam Railway.
Turn opposite Stibbington cafe and into Church Lane. 400 yds along this road is a sharp left hand bend, turn right and follow the private road towards sewage treatment works.
Day Ticket holders must park on the area before the gates or on the grass area in front of sewerage treatment works.
Members only can access through the padlocked gate to parking bays between the river and refuge.
Fishing is only allowed from 16th June to 14th March
