This is the section of the wide Welland around Crowland. There is no maintenance along this section and both banks and river can become overgrown. However, there are big shoals of Bream for those that wish to pursue them.
Fishing starts at Wards Farm and covers both banks.
Parking is along Welland Bank, but care should be taken when parking off road.
Fishing finishes at Four Mile Bar – the first footbridge across the river.
